This course will engage with topics relating to
sexual harassment and is in line with the change
in law that came into force on the 26th October
2024 - The New Duty to prevent Sexual Harassment.
Worker Protection (amendment of Equality Act
2010), Act 2023. This new duty is anticipatory,
meaning employers must not wait for an incident
of sexual harassment to occur. Instead, employers
have a legal duty to take all reasonable steps to
prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
